THE STORY
Samurai is a Junmai Ginjo polished to 60%, blending Hyogo Yamadanishiki with Homarefuji bred here in Shizuoka.
A bright ginjo aroma of banana and melon meets a clean, smooth, refreshing body with a balanced sweetness — direct and honest.
